Internship in Animación y relaciones públicas en gran cadena hotelera in Alicante (Benidorm)

This internship will take place in an amazing hotel group that includes hotels of 4 and 5 stars. This organisation has hotels in different locations throughout Spain and even in Mexico. They offer amazing resorts, with luxury rooms, restuarants and magnificient pools. One of their hotels is an eco hotel, which has earnt the group great recognition within the industry. 

This group has 8 hotels located in Benidorm, Ibiza, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Lanzarote in Spain. In Mexico they have resorts in Cancún, los Cabos and Playa del Carmen. 

In their team they have had various interns and students in all of the departments: reception, PR, tourism, kitchen, as well as events and animation. 

The interns who have the pleasure of doing their internship in this hotel will have use of accommodation (10 minutes from the hotel), which is shared with other students, as well as meals and a monthly salary. They will be accompanied by the Head of the Department throughout the internship in order to make sure that the student has a full formation in all of the relevant tasks. 

• Apoyo en la organización de eventos y participar en las excursiones  previstas.
• Atender quejas y reclamos de los clientes (incidencias)
• Informar sobre los sevicios y actividades propuestas por el  hotel a los clientes.
• Informar horarios de las actividades de animacion a los clientes.
• Estarás apoyando al responsable de animación, deberán tener una buena coordinación y comunicación para llevar a cabo todas las actividades.
• Cualquier idea o iniciativa propia será siempre bienvenida. No duden en comunicarlo a su cabeza de departamento de Animación.
• Deberán responsabilizarse de que todas las actividades estén bien publicitadas mediante llamativos carteles, anuncios reiterados a través del altavoz, y voz a voz,
• Deberán rellenar un  informe periodico sobre las tareas realizadas semanalmente.
• Habrá un encargado específico para mini club y un encargado para las actuaciones nocturnas, el estudiante debera apoyar en la preparaciones de los shows.
