IES Consulting is a young talent recruitment and human resources consultancy firm with activity throughout Europe and Latin America located in Barcelona and composed of a young, dynamic and international team of various nationalities.
Our office is located on a wonderful terrace in the technological district of Barcelona, near the Glories metro and about 20 minutes’ walk from the beach.
Internship tasks:
Cette entreprise internationale spécialisée en recrutement et en sélection recherche un étudiant qui soit intéressé par les ressources humaines tout en ayant un esprit commercial. Le candidat idéal doit être autonome, force de proposition. Il y a également une partie Marketing car vous devrez vous occuper des réseaux sociaux de la marque ainsi que du site internet.
Les missions en tant que RH:
- Identification des besoins en recrutement avec l’équipe commerciale et sourcing
- Sourcing et publication des offres
- Gestion des candidatures
- Réalisation des entretiens téléphoniques de sélection
- Activation et Suivi des candidats sur l’outil de gestion interne
- Réalisation d’objectifs et Reporting commerciaux
Les missions Marketing Digital:
– Développement de la stratégie de communication
– Créer et animer le calendrier de publication
– Production des contenus sur le net (éditorial, photo, vidéo, son)
– Animation de communautés
– Planification des posts (contenus)
– Augmenter la présence digitale et accroître la visibilité de la société sur le web
– YOUTUBE : création et édition de nouvelles vidéos
