Internship tasks:

This real estate company seeks a university student for an internship with commercial tasks and sales strategy that collaborates with the team in the following tasks:

  • Maintain and develop the collaborative relationship with clients and suppliers such as equity companies and investment funds.
  • Accompany those responsible in the appraisal of apartments and houses (external visits).
  • Keep the database updated and record the movements.
  • Conduct market research and meet the needs of customers.
  • Contact with property owners and propose the services of real estate.
  • Collaborate in the elaboration of the commercial strategy plan.

This internship requires a good and fluent Spanish level that allows you to negotiate, communicate, write and interact in Spanish with ease.

Commerce, Business, Negotiations, Administration, Marketing

Required languages

Spanish – B2
English – B1

Desired experience

Previous experience in sales or the real estate sector are valuable

IT skills

MS Office, Internet
