Internship in Management and negotiation in Real State Luxury summer apartments in (Many positions in different cities along Mediterranean Coast)

A Company specialising in the renting and promotion of apartments and luxury villas in various parts of Europe, especially along the Spanish Mediterranean coast, in Catalunya and the Valencian area: an international company and a leader in its industry.

Their business focuses on obtaining, promotion and rental of homes and apartments in especially tourist cities for short stays: that’s why for many years they´ve been counting on interns, especially in the summer, who help them with booking management, communication and including international customer service.

This organisation has an online platform and an extensive international portfolio of suppliers and owners, for this reason it is an organisation that mixes youth, languages, internationality and communication technologies. Internships are paid and are carried out in various places because the company has offices in many towns and cities on the Mediterranean Coast: from Barcelona to the Costa Brava, the Costa Dorada and the southern coast of Valencia. This way for years a large number of students have had the pleasure to do international internships all across this area: always one or two students per office.

IMPORTANT PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

1. This internship is available in several cities along the Mediterranean coast in the communities of Catalonia and the Valencia community (For example: Lloret de Mar or Alicante).
2. In order to know the available cities, the interview with the specialized consultant must be approved.
3. Compulsory start date: 15/06/2021 
4. The end date should ideally be August 31st (there is some flexibility).
5. The student must have a driver’s licence

DETAILS OF THE TASKS

This company is looking for a student who can provide support, during the summer, to the management team at one of the company’s locations along the Mediterranean coast, helping with the following activities in particular:

• Offer information on services, prices, tourist apartments and points of interest for visitors.
• Track bookings of holiday apartments for rent and ensure the level of occupancy of the properties.
• Maintain close contact with international customers before, during and after their holiday stay.
• Collaborate with the delivery of keys to new tourists.
• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients and apartment owners.
• Make sure that the apartments are in good condition when tourists leave or inform a superior in case of damage.
• Collaborate with administrative tasks such as records, filing, documentation and contracts.
