Internship in Account Manager Assistant in events company in Madrid

If you are passionate about event management and trade shows this company is great for you. Since 2012 we have been collaborating with them by sending trainees from different countries such as Germany, France, Italy, Latin America, etc. You will always have an internship tutor and an economic aid of €300 net per month for 6 hours of work per day. Your schedule will usually be from 9:00 to 15:00. So you will have the rest of the time to enjoy the wonderful city of Madrid.

The German company is located in Madrid, dedicated to organizing events and fairs. They are experts in all the logistics for the organization of fairs, from the beginning, implementation and monitoring.

The student will participate in the management of the events, in the following tasks:

• Provide support to the Sales Manager both in contact with customers and in the analysis of satisfaction surveys, to ensure maximum quality.
• Making calls in Spanish and English to exhibitors, customers, visitors, associations and national and international press.
• Administrative work (Excel, Word, Outlook) related to the position.
• Visits with clients at trade fairs in Spain.
• Translations for different languages.
• Preparation and participation in press conferences.
• Research.
