IES Consulting is a young talent recruitment and human resources consultancy firm with activity throughout Europe and Latin America located in Barcelona and composed of a young, dynamic and international team of various nationalities.
Our office is located on a wonderful terrace in the technological district of Barcelona, near the Glories metro and about 20 minutes’ walk from the beach.
Internship tasks:
This international recruitment and selection company is looking for a student who is interested in human resources while having a commercial spirit. The ideal candidate should be independent, strong and speak English and either Polish or German.
The main tasks are:
- Identification of recruitment needs with the sales and sourcing team
- Application Management
- Conducting telephone selection interviews
- Activation and follow-up of candidates on the internal management tool
- Achievement of objectives and commercial reporting
- Realization of e-mailing campaigns
- Communication on social networks and with schools
