Internship tasks:
El objetivo de esta práctica de comercio internacional es, colaborar con un servicio de calidad a los clinetes B2C, permitiendo a esta eCommerce abrir más puertas en el mercado internacional, las tareas y misiones serán:
- Tener contacto con los clientes por telefono y correo electronico B2C.
- Brindar informacion sobre las medidas y caracteristicas de los productos de la empresa.
- Solucionar incidencias de entrega y devoluciones.
- Gestionar las Quejas y reclamos de los clientes.
- Trabajar en quipo, compartir tareas y apoyar los demas departamentos.
- Feedback continuo sobre las posibles mejoras en los procesos.
