Internship tasks:
- Social media management (LinkedIn) for sales activities
- Work closely with the marketing and graphic design department
- Develop new sales strategies
- Find new channels to attract new customers
- Use of various search tools in social media
- Manage the companies Data system: CRM, SEO, SEM positioning
- To manage lead generation activities improving the existing sources (Linkedin, Trade Show, etc) and proactively finding new ones
- to present the business opportunity to potential Master Licensees and support negotiations to achieve the final signature of the franchising contract;
- to support the start-up operations of new Master Licensees
- to support the existing Master Licensee community in order to develop and support their network
- to organize and coordinate activities concerning company events, international meetings and conventions
Skills and Qualifications
- University-level degree with record of strong academic performance
- Prior international exposure (e.g. exchange program, language program, etc.) and internship experience in Sales program
- Excellent mastery of written and spoken English; other languages are favorable
- Solid communication skills, ambitious and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
- Good proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite and other business productivity software
- Strong familiarity and adeptness for analyzing data and problem solving; advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important matters
- People-driven attitude and team orientation with ability to nurture team spirit
- Willingness to be inquisitive, explore and learn
