Their team is small, which allows them to give specific training to their interns.
Internship tasks:
We are looking for a young person with imagination and interest in speaking languages and working in an international environment.
The student will be in charge of customer service and guiding clients through the process of finding the best accommodation suitable to their needs.
The tasks are:
- answering and follow-up on e-mails and calls
- calling to confirm the travel details of students and the accommodation availability
- identifying priorities to give quick and effective answers to clients
- constant identifying of new channels to augment the company´s sales
- improve the company´s collaboration with different portals and companies (B2B)
- Support to the product area (improvement of the platform after feedback from our customers)
- Support to the partner success area (attention to our partners)
- Support to the digital marketing area
