They have alternatives of luxury flat rentals for visitors to Barcelona, such as, executives, business travellers, companies, medical patients and all kinds of clients coming from different parts of the world. Their strategy is based on making the client feel at home.

The company will ask the student to do the following missions throughout the internship: 

– Communication in tourist information in different languages

– Reception of clients (check-in and check-out)

– National and international telephone service

– Resolution of complaints (customer service)

– Controlling changes of flats

– Informing the client about the services, rates and opening hours of the flats

– Handling of reception regsiters

– Invoicing of agencies

– Blocking with other channels
