Los perfiles ideales serán estudiantes que tengan estudios en hospitality o dirección de empresas turísticas y que tengan un excelente nivel de inglés , don comercial y de atención al cliente. 

El estudiante que tenga el privilegio de ser aceptado tendrá la oportunidad de tener alojamiento en un apartamento compartido con otros estudiantes, comidas mientras que este en el servicio, y ticket de transporte para los traslados entre el hotel y el apartamento.

A Food and Beverage Trainee will be responsible for welcoming guests and working across several areas of Food and Beverage. The intern will be trained to deliver ‘Yes I Can’ services to their guests to ensure our 100 % guests satisfaction guarantee. A Food and Beverage Trainee will also be required to manage guest queries.

• Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including our Restaurants and Bars, Room Service and Banqueting.
• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
• Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Strive to achieve departmental targets
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Comply with local licensing laws
• Be environmentally aware
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
