Stage in Internship in Business Development in Madrid

This company, specialized in the design and creation of glasses, is very dynamic and has brought about a revolution in the industry as it offers to make high-quality glasses at affordable prices. Not only is it expanding its branches in Spain, in the thriving environment of big cities like Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla and Valencia, but it is also growing internationally.

Therefore, the company is looking for a full-time business development intern to support the brand expansion, reporting to the CEO of the company.

Tasks : 

Monitoring and reporting on the development of the international expansion plan.
Collaboration with the expansion manager to analyze the target markets to implement the brand.
Contact with local human resources agencies to recruit personnel.
Collaboration with the marketing department for the development of local actions.
Research the legal requirements for setting up the company in the target country.
Identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems and tools.
Supporting the General Manager of the company in various tasks.

Requirements : 

German mother tongue and bilingual in English or Spanish.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree or studies completed max. 1 year ago.
Mandatory in order to be able to sign an apprenticeship agreement with the student’s university.
Availability to work 40h/week
