Obowiązki w trakcie praktyk:
The main tasks:
- Attracting and retaining customers (UK- Market)
- Direct contact with clients B2C and B2B providing Customer Service.
- Solve request or question
- Offer advice and guidance to customers
- Collaborate in a multicultural team through commercial initiatives.
- Show interest in the development of the international market.
- Communicate with clients and potential clients through social networks, telephone, and e-mail.
- Maintain a persuasive and influential attitude, flexible and positive during the different processes.
