• Management, updating, cancellation and confirmation of reservations of rent either in person or by phone/mail.
• Offer information to potential customers and tourists about company services, rental rates, prices and safety regulations.
• Provide tourist information on the city of Barcelona and on the most important points that must be visited to have a wonderful experience.
• Collaborate in the process of contracts and return of bonds.
• Help with the resolution of incidents in an always pleasant and friendly way.
• Internal organization of vehicles and administrative assistance in general.
