This company currently has well-known names among its clients, to whom it offers solutions in digital transformation, in the recruitment and hiring of talents, career mentoring and consulting for startups.  

They offer a professional practice whose main objective is to help the growth of the company, hand in hand with the CEO, together with long-standing professionals who are benchmarks in the area.

It is a very interesting position for candidates with analytical skills and excellent communication, looking for a pre-professional experience in a startup environment in full expansion together with a young and dynamic team. Currently the practice will be remotely, so it is not essential to live in Barcelona


Obowiązki w trakcie praktyk:

  • Prospecting, Strategizing, Qualifying, and producing quality leads with marketing
  • Prospects into target accounts via introductions, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach
  • Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions
  • Create business workflows for the sales pipeline with our CRM Hubspot Confirm customer needs and develop an initial customer profile
  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and marketing Contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client presentations
  • Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools Sales Support & team effort
  • Be responsible for all inbound & outbound activity, including following up on Marketing-generated leads
  • Engage with prospective customers and qualify opportunities to ensure needs and solutions align
  • Act as a facilitator between customers, HR and founders to deliver the proposals, PoC (proof of concepts), QBR (business reviews), and required information
  • Contributes to creating digital content on social media (LinkedIn & Instagram)
  • Effectively update and manage Hubspot with leads, opportunities, and accounts, keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities

Wykształcenie

Business, communication, or similar

Znajomość języków obcych

Hiszpanski – C1
Angielski – C1

Doświadczenie

Would be a plus

Znajomość programów

Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
