• Assisting in the preparation of dishes and plates for the breakfast, lunch and dinner services;
• Participating in cooking activities such as: storaging, cleaning, cutting and cooking food;
• Learning the methods for cutting and presenting meat, vegetable, fish etc.;
• Helping with the prepataion of the buffet menus;
• Being an active part in the cleaning process of the kitchen before and after each service;
• Other tasks related with the F&B position assigned by the tutor according to the department needs.
