The 4-star hotel is located in one of the most frequently visited provinces in Spain, Malaga, close to the sea port and surrounded by the best beaches in the area. Their guests are people of all ages, usually families. Therefore they offer entertainment, leisure and sports activities for children, adolescents and adults. 

They offer you the chance to get experience in animation area, reception and food&beverage. Spanish is valued but not the main requirement because most of their clients are English-speaking. Languages like French and German are highly valued although not compulsory. During the internship you´ll have a tutor, 3 meals a day and accommodation provided by the hotel.

• Customer service at arrival, departure and during the guests´ stay,
• Check-in / check-out,
• Allocation of rooms (handing in keys and pool cards to customers),
• Planning and organising for unpredicted changes: late check-outs, extensions, early departures etc.,
• Giving information to hotel guests about tourist attractions, leisure activities etc.,
• Answering questions regarding hotel offers, facilities and events,
• Taking and handling complaints and suggestions,
• Helping customers in restaurants and at the golf course,
• Giving information about car rental agency, etc.

Conditions:

The accomodation is included. There is a bus as well (not free) which takes you up to the hotel.
