This luxury 4 * hotel is well located in the heart of Seville, in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the most famous neighbourhood of the city.
The hotel is a large 17th century house which has been restored in the 21st century, carefully maintaining its original architecture and fine decorative features. With only 17 rooms it is ideal for visitors seeking a peaceful stay with personalised attention, in a luxurious and unique environment.
Because of their relatively small venue, you will be able to experience the daily work and challenges of a luxury hotel while being close to every department and the whole team.
They offer their students flexible work schedules, either in the morning or the afternoon. You are offered free accomodation in a house which is outside of the hotel and to share with other students. You will also receive free meals during your working days: Breakfast in the restaurant and Dinner to take away, as well as a little financial support of around 300€/month

Aufgabenbereich während des Praktikums:
In this position you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Reception
- Welcoming the guests
- Service of the porter´s lodge
- Managing the reservations
- Managing incoming e-Mails
Food & Beverage:
- During the morning shift the service of the breakfast
- Customer service
Most of the time, the intern will use the English language for any communication with the clients
Note: The hotel is not providing the uniform. The interns have to bring their own uniform: Black straight jacket and skirt, White shirt, with English / Italian collar, black shoes closed and comfortable (not textile or sport shoes)
