Praktikum in Multitasking Receptionist, event & service manager in a hotel in Barcelona

The hostel offers variedinternships in Reception and Event Organisation withthe the objective of the student developing their knowledge in all areas of the industry.

The hostel offers accomodation and meals. In the London hostel the student will have one meal per day and in Barcelona a breakfast style buffet will be included.

On top of this when a student is organising an event they are more than welcome to make the most of foood on offer. 

The students will be given a uniform.

** For a 2 month internship, the internship will not be paid. 

RECEPTION
– Assisting reception colleagues
– Giving guests information about hostel regulations, explaining hostel facilities to arriving guests
– Checking guests in and out
– Promoting and selling touristic products.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
– Welcoming guests and giving general information about the city.
– Helping reception and bar with their daily tasks (customer service)
– Promoting and informing the guests about daily activities.
– Helping to develop hostel events. (optional)
– Promoting the company on Social Media platforms. (optional) 

BAR
– Assisting with bar service
– Serving customers
– Assist with breakfast / dinner
