They are currently looking for a Front Office/Back Office person for an Internship from 3-5 months starting ASAP. Indeed, they offer a salary of €400 per month.

The main missions : 

• Attend and inform customers about the characteristics of the hotel and its different services
• Make customer reservations, depending on the hotel’s commercial policy and the availability and characteristics of the rooms, by phone, email or in person
• Carry out the check in and check out of the clients at the hotel, according to the standards of Dear Hotel, requesting the necessary information in each case
• Promote the reviews in the different RRSS
• Ensure the safety of customers
