The student will be part of the team, and, under the supervision of the head of the restaurant, will help in the following tasks:

• Organisation of the room and of the bars before each service. 
• Explanation of the dishes and drinks which are offered daily in the bar and restaurant. 
• Help when there is a buffet by waiting on, and serving the clients. 
• Reception of diners in the entrance to the restaurant and the assignation of tables. 
• Cleaning of public zones in the restaurant. 
• Help with the organisation of cutlery, cups and serviettes. 
• Organisation and cleaning after each service.
