As a receptionist/housekeeper you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

• Reception of clients – arrival – departure – follow-up of the stay (client relations)
• Holding the switchboardDoing and checking invoicing/collection of clients
• Processing emails
• Processing individual bookings – via business partners
• Processing group bookings
• Making sales proposals
• Follow up commercial offers via OTAs and partners
• Optimise sales and turnover
• Respond to concierge needs – for clients – relations with service providers
• Build customer relations and encourage customer loyalty
• Cross training with the reservation service, breakfast service and room service.
• Checking rooms on arrival (on an ad hoc basis)
