• Participating and following up on the opening and closing tasks of the hotels;
• Supporting the Management in general operations in the different areas of the hotel (administrative and operational);
• Carrying out and following up the daily operations instructions, tasks and reports;
• Caring for and maintaining the hotel infrastructure by coordinating the information and keeping track of maintenance;
• Having direct contact with customers, and resolving any incident or complaint;
• Assisting in administrative procedures such as: managing cash boxes of the different departments, verifying the needs of linens and towels of rooms and restaurants, verifying stocks, purchasing orders, etc.;
• Checking the bookings on a daily basis;
• Making frequent visits to supervise the work in the different departments;
• Assisting guests with any special request or requirement;
• Supervising the behavior and appearance of the staff;
• Following up on established customer satisfaction goals (tripadvisor, holidaycheck …);
• Following up all the functions and responsibilities related to the Food Security Program (Blue Book);
• Following up with all the functions and responsibilities in relation to the Program of Prevention of Occupational Risks (PRL);
• Participating in the operations meetings.
