Obowiązki w trakcie praktyk:
As a receptionist/housekeeper you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Reception of clients – arrival – departure – follow-up of the stay (client relations)
- Holding the switchboardDoing and checking invoicing/collection of clients
- Processing emails
- Processing individual bookings – via business partners
- Processing group bookings
- Making sales proposals
- Follow up commercial offers via OTAs and partners
- Optimise sales and turnover
- Respond to concierge needs – for clients – relations with service providers
- Build customer relations and encourage customer loyalty
- Cross training with the reservation service, breakfast service and room service.
- Checking rooms on arrival (on an ad hoc basis)
