Internship in Receptionist in a five star luxury Hotel in Alicante

This 5 star luxury hotel, is located in the center of the city of Alicante. It belongs to a large Spanish hotel chain with which we have been collaborating since 2012. Here you can gain experience in the reception area, kitchen and catering.

They offer a supervised internship by a tutor and include accommodation, 3 daily meals and a small financial benefits at the end of each month. They are looking for students with training in catering, tourism, languages or administration. The necessary skills for this internship are customer service, empathy, commitment and responsibility. 

You will be in the heart of the city of Alicante which will allow you to enjoy its surroundings and cultural activities in the city center.

The student who is lucky enough to be accepted on to this internship will have the chance to develop their knowledge and skills by participating in tasks such as:

• Customer service on the phone in different languages
• Manage the Check-In and Check-Out of the clients
• Assistance for informative aids: Tourist information, information about the hotel, schedules and others
• Receiving calls from the internal client and in some cases from external.
• Provide information about hotel services
• Transfer calls to other departments according to the protocol of the company.
• Know the services the hotel offers and deparments of the hotel
• Assistance with rooming and client luggage

Regarding the accomodation:  To share with 2 more people of the same sex. Sheets and towels are included.
