Internship in Administrative Assistance and Financial Management in a 5-star hotel in Porto-Vecchio

This amazing 5-star hotel located in Porto-Vecchio overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Although it is situated in the green area by the water’s edge, the hotel is also located next to the city center of the old town of Porto Vecchio. Next door is one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica with crystal clear waters and guaranteed white sand. 

The hotel also has a Michelin-starred restaurant, a luxurious spa and an infinity pool overlooking the sea. The hotel is also sometimes the venue for seminars and conferences and offers other various services (transfers in helicopter, scuba diving, boat rental, etc.).

Receiving and verifying of the goods:

• Ordering goods
• Entering delivery notes, invoices and goods into materials inventory management software
• Controlling and transferring them to accounting
• Controlling of the inventories, every month ends (inventory, software entry, and control of the ratios)
• Interim balance sheet
