·         Asistir y aprender gestión de los registros y sistema de facturación

·         Asistir y aprender gestión del sistema operativa de administración de la empresa y los clientes

·         Asistir y aprender gestión de incidencias

·         Asistir y aprender control de pagos e Impagos

·         Asistir y aprender la emisión de recibos mensuales y certificados trimestrales.

·         Asistir y aprender reclutamiento, gestión de entrevistas y otras labores del Dep. de RRHH.

·         Asistir y aprender mantenimiento y gestión del programa Informático operativo Interno

·         Asistir y aprender gestión documental.

·         Asistir y aprender en otras tareas administrativas.


Requirements for the applicant:

Studies

Business management, communication or silimar.

Required languages

Spanish – B2
English – Appreciated
