Internship tasks:

Tasks, missions and responsibilities: – Learning to identify star properties by anticipating the competition. Subsequently analysing the results of these properties on the market. – To assist and learn by means of a loyalty and public relations programme, to detect properties on the market and how to obtain a direct relationship with large accounts such as important wealthy families, wealth companies, investment funds, and construction companies. – Assist and learn the protocols, manage internal operational system, analyse the database and operate with our own CRM PROSPECTS and PROPERTY MANAGER systems. – Attend and learn in meetings about Product Strategy in the market (where to put the focus on Residences; or focus on high on Residential; or focus on high end; Industrial and Commercial Real Estate). – Attend and learn the selection of products (properties) according to the parameters of the strategy. – Learn how to make valuations of properties for sale through comparison and data analysis. – Learn commercial real estate consultancy, which consists of researching the client’s needs and finding products and services that are compatible with those needs. – Learn the methods of qualifying, profiling, identifying, classifying, prioritising and managing client-prospects (leads). – Learn and receive training in negotiation techniques – Learn and receive training in multiple sales techniques (objection management, online sales, mirror method, and other universal sales management techniques). – Learn the methods of closing deals – Learn how to organise and conduct sales visits and meetings with clients. – Drafting, negotiating and closing contracts – Learning the general guidelines and legal bases for the commercial management of purchase and sale and leasing Assist in the elaboration of the commercial strategy Assisting and learning direct client relations (asset management companies, investment funds, landlords, etc.). Assist in the meetings of the commercial teams. The first 5 days of the internship will be an intensive theoretical course followed by an online exam.

Requirements for the applicant:


Business management, communication or silimar.

Required languages

Spanish – B2
English – B2

200€ 2months of internship, after the 3er month the remuneration will increase depending on the profile

9:30-12:00 break 12:15-14:00 and 16:00-18:00 break 18:10-19:55
