Internship offer in Tourism, reception and animation in Alicante

It is a 5-star hotel located in Alicante, a city with excellent Mediterranean climate, surrounded by fabulous monuments and beaches. We have been collaborating with them since 2012, and during this time we have seen constant evolution. They have recently opened new facilities in Madrid, and many renovations have been made to expand the hotel services.
The idea of this company is wellness, quality of life and health. They offer a training opportunity for you in such areas as: Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, Management, Marketing, HR, Sales and others. They have a team of highly qualified professionals experienced in the field. For the hotel, training their team is the cornerstone of maintaining quality. That is why you´ll not only have an insight in the hotel sector here, but you will also learn from professionals who are in constant training.
The accommodation is shared and near the hotel; mixed apartments for 4 or 5 people, shared rooms for 4 or 5 students of the same gender.
Internship tasks:
- Register, control, and archive correspondence and billing
- Prepare invoices in the computer programme
- Archive and organise the invoices corresponding to each work centre
- Communicate with different suppliers
- Control of received goods
Weekly schedule to be confirmed with the hotel.
Shared mixed accommodation. Rooms with 2 or 3 beds shared among people of the same sex.
