Internship tasks:

Departamento Gestión de Cartera / Adquisición

  • Asistir y aprender la elaboración la Estrategia de producto en el mercado
  • Asistir y aprender la selección de productos (inmuebles, servicios de administración) según parámetros de la estrategia de la empresa.
  • Asistir y aprender relación directa con clientes (empresas de patrimonio, fondos de inversión, propietarios
  • Asistir y aprender realización de peritajes y valoraciones de inmuebles
  • Asistir y aprender gestionar sistema interno operativa y base de datos
  • Asistir reuniones de la compañía sobre la estrategia del mercado 
  • Asistir en la elaboración de la estrategia Comercial
  • Aprender los métodos de filtrar parametrizar, clasificar, priorizar y gestionar los “leads” (clientes-prospectos) que provienen del dep. de Marketing y la Publicidad
  • asesoramiento inmobiliario es investigar necesidades del cliente y buscar los productos y servicios compatibles con la necesidad
  • Aprender y recibir curso técnicas de negociación
  • Aprender y recibir curso de las múltiples técnicas de ventas y los métodos de cierre de operaciones
  • Aprender organizar y cómo hacer las visitas comerciales y las reuniones con clientes
  • Redactar, negociar y cerrar contratos
  • Aprender líneas generales y bases de la ley respeto a la compraventa y arrendamiento
  • Participación en la comunicación y previsión de los objetivos mensuales del departamento
