In this position, you are the Assistant of the management of the Hotel, with the following daily tasks:

• Help create procedures to improve the service

• Evaluate weekly questionnaires

• Quality controls from external companies (cleaning and cooking)

• Check online reviews

• Help the address implement new ideas
