• Answering of telephone calls (Guest Service Center)

•  Tasks of the Front Desk & Executive Floor Desk 
• General Administration tasks
• Manage new reservations
• Guest Services: Attending group coordinators in meeting rooms when
  groups In House.
• Guest relations duties as Lobby Ambassador
• Bellboy’s tasks
