Your main tasks will be:

• Welocme the clients at reception. 
• Respond to the telephone. 
• Check in and Check out. 
• Orientation of all new clients. 
• Follow up on customer comments. 
• Management of reservations by internet, phone or by direct visit. 
• Management of reservation planning. 
• Management of rooms to prepare. 
• Verification of rooms before handing keys over to clients. 
• Billing and collection of clients. 
• Managment of the property of the reception. 
• Update the communication tools.
