It is therefore only natural that they have specialized in renting and selling bikes & bike accessories to improve the comfort of their users.

Nº 1 in France and leader in bicycles and in the bike rental sector, this company has considered itself as a valued partner for 15 years and markets, exclusively, the largest brands of Dutch bicycles such as Batavus, Koga, Sparta or Gazelle. They also have 59 cycle hire docking stations spread across France and offered their service to more than 30,000 customers in 2018.

Four times winner of the Grand Prix of the city bike, they were awarded best Franco-Dutch company by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry: “Dutch manufacturers are to the bicycle what Germany or France are to the car.”

Today, to strengthen its national rental network, this company offers several internships in business development and customer relations: Ile de Ré, Dol de Bretagne, La Gacilly (Brittany), Bailly Romainvilliers (Paris suburbs) and Nice (Côte d’Azur).


Internship tasks:

As part of the company’s overall strategy, your main duty will be to expand the business and the customer service relations:

  • Improve the company’s exposure, brand image and level of customer service both internationally and nationally.
  • Further develop the product/service offer in order to glamorize bicycle rental into a true tourist experience.
  • Customer follow-up: develop stronger synergy across the brand network in France.
  • Be in direct contact with clients and meet their needs to provide individual and quality customer care.
  • You will work under the responsibility of the local manager as well as the head of the Tours & Rentals division.

Requirements for the applicant:

Studies

Business, Marketing, Communication or similar studies

Required languages

English – C1
French – B1

Desired experience

A previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory

IT skills

MS Office, Windows, Internet

Other requirements

Pro-activity, business-oriented, excellent comunication skills
