If you already know the hotel business and want to test yourself in a challenging environment, this luxury hotel can help you. It is a 4-star structure in the south of the beautiful island of Fuerteventura, one of the Canary Islands of Spain.

As typical in the toruism industry the working environment in this hotel is intensive and customer driven- do you feel ready for it? The hotel offers a monthly financial compensation, as well as accommodation and 3 meals a day during your entire stay. You also get free access to a washing machine.

The working hours vary, as in any hotel in the world, but you work a maximum of 8 hours a day on 5 days a week, giving you 2 days off a week. Während dieses Praktikums wird der Student, der Teil des Empfangsteams ist, bei den folgenden Aufgaben behilflich sein:

• Begrüßung neuer Gäste, Information über die Hotelstruktur und Förderung der SPA-Dienstleistungen
• Registrierung des Check-in und Zuweisung des Zimmers an die neuen Gäste
• Allgemeine Informationen über die touristischen Attraktionen der Region
• Sicherstellen, dass alle ausgehenden Kunden ihre aktuellen Zahlungen erhalten und die Kasse registrieren
• Aktualisierung der Belegung und Verfügbarkeit der Zimmer in der Datenbank
• Sich darum kümmern, eingehende Anrufe entgegenzunehmen und an die richtige Person oder das richtige Zimmer zu senden
• Lösen von Fragen, Beschwerden oder Vorfällen
• Den Empfang in perfektem Zustand halten: sauber und schön
