The hotel offers a monthly financial compensation, in addition to a bed in a shared room and 3 meals during each day of your stay. The working hours are variable, as in every hotel in the world, but you will work a maximum of 8 h/day for 5 days per week, with 2 consecutive days off. Come on and discover the mysterious north of Spain!
Internship tasks:
- Check in and check out guests;
- Assigning rooms to customers;
- Welcoming all guests and visitors to the hotel;
- To know and informing about the official rates of the hotel;
- To attending all the requirements of the guests before, during and after their stay in the hotel;
- Managing the reception desk (customer collection, currency exchange, etc.);
- Answering phone calls, faxes, emails;
- Offering information about hotel services and tourist information of the city to hotel guests;
- Dealing with complaints and suggestions from customers and referring them to their superior in the event of not being able to resolve them.
