This company is dedicated to the management and rental of rooms and apartments in cities such as Barcelona, Valencia and Madrid: A service for students and travelers who have difficulties finding accommodation during their stay in Spain.

Through its website it is possible to know the details of all the free rooms, their monthly price, availability as well as the characteristics of the apartment and the services that are available such as water, electricity, Internet, telephone and so on.

The team of this company is young and dynamic as well as its clients who, usually, are students from countries like France, England, Germany or Italy looking for a room in the main cities of Spain during a few months of university exchange or internships professionals.

The offices are of course in the center of the city and the student who is fortunate enough to do this internship will have a tutor in the office during during this experience and internship work.


Internship tasks:

The objective of the internship is to support the head of the office in matters related to customer management, content translation and product management (apartments and rooms), all under the coordination of the area manager.

The student is expected to collaborate dynamically in the following activities:

  • Collaborate in online and off-line promotion of company services through various channels: From social networks to public relations.
  • Help in booking rooms reservations.
  • Update database: New guest entries, guest departures, occupied rooms, free rooms.
  • Take care of informing and helping current clients and potential customers: either in person or by phone or email.
  • Collaborate with the translation of web content and corporate social networks.
  • Organize and update inventories and stock of apartments.
  • Inform the area manager or maintenance managers in case of occurrence or need.

Requirements for the applicant:

Studies

Foreign Languages, Business, Tourism, International Relations or similar studies

Required languages

Spanish – B1
English – B1

Desired experience

not required, however experience in customer service or real estate valued

IT skills

MS Office, Internet

Other requirements

It is important that the student can communicate in Spanish and English
