Internship tasks:
- Replace the raw material,
- Prepare food before cooking (e.g., clean and peel fruits and vegetables, cut bread and meat)
- Prepare and present preparations and dishes from the menu.
- Prepare and submit pastry and pastry products&
- Learn different types of regional, national, international and creative cuisine, etc.
- Store stocks in freezers, cabinets and other storage areas
- Keep the work area clean (e.g. by cleaning work surfaces, utensils and pans, cabinets and kitchen equipment
