– Responsible for the preparation of hot and cold dishes and desserts.
– Preparation of recipes according to the chef’s instructions.
– Preparing mise and place for service before opening.
– Placing orders.
– The student will participate in hot dishes batches, with the aim of broadening their knowledge in all areas of the kitchen.
– Training will also be provided in food handling, allergens, kitchen management and any tasks in which the candidate would like to expand their knowledge.
